Meet The Founder, Michelle Choo
Michelle founded By The Roots on a simple belief: many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because key concepts were never fully understood. We exist to bridge these gaps and rebuild confidence from the ground up.
Former GEP Math Teacher (Rosyth) - Over 30 years of experience in math education, in both Gifted Education Programme & Learning Support for Math programmes.

Yes, all our lessons are aligned with the MOE curriculum. We cover topics taught in school while addressing any foundational gaps.
Our terms are 12 weeks long, with a 1 week break at the end of the June holidays and a 3 week break at the end of the December holidays.
Absolutely! Parents can book a free trial session before committing. It's a great way to see if our approach is right for your child.
